New housemate wanted!

We have a part furnished large double room available in a lovely 3 bedroom house with garden!

[Room]
The room comes part furnished with a double bed, wardrobe chest of drawers and desk. The price is PCM £700 (inc bills). Bills exclude WiFi which split between 3 comes to around £15 a month.

[Location]
Situated just off of Filton Avenue and Gloucester Road, the house has lots of local amenities nearby. Shops include a Tesco Express (a very handy 5 minute walk), cafes and a pharmacy. For a proper shop, Lidl/Aldi/Tesco/Coop are all within a 20 minute walk. We also have a choice of two local pubs (The Crafty Cow and Inn on the Green) which are also conveniently a short walk away. The house is in a great location for commuting into town, with buses 70/72/73/75/76 within a short walking distance. Filton Abbey Wood station is also a 20 minute walk away.

[House]
The house is very well equipped and boasts a large living and dining area with a contemporary kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer . The bathroom is shared by everyone and has a shower and bath. We also have a shared study which you are more than welcome to use if you fancy a change of scenery. In the garden we have a large office/snug which makes for a great chill out space all year round.

[Parking]
There is on street parking which is a bit of a free for all. But you can often find a space outside or very nearby.

[Current Tenants]
We are two young professionals - myself (Connor, 25) and Joel, 22.
I’m a software developer who is big into the outdoors and music - enjoying hiking, surfing, hockey, playing guitar, cooking and chilling at the TV on a quiet weekend

Joel is an auditor, and hasn’t given me a description yet but he’s a big Man United fan and a hockey beast

We are both easy going people and like to spend time as a house when we’re available and hang out together. At the same time, we respect your own personal time!

[About You]
We are looking for a tidy, respectful post graduate student to share the house with.

You will need a UK guarantor and a months rent for a deposit on the room.

No pets, No smoking (inside), No couples and No students. (Sorry!)

[Availability]
The contract will be from October 1st 2025 - September 2026. The room will be available from the 1st October but the move in date can be flexible.
