Urgently need a replacement tenant for room in Filton/Horfield area!
Unfortunately I have to drop out so looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
It’s a lovely room with 3 other people (only currently as it is a house of 6 total)
It’s done in 3 installments of £1575 for the year (without bills) so £125 a week.
Everyone is really friendly, I’m sure bills won’t amount too much per month also
