2 rooms available, one with a built in wardrobe, the other very large. Both same floor.
The house is nice and modern, great garden area, off street parking round the back and a huge garage. It's super close to the hospital and many of the engineering companies in north Bristol. Also just at the top of Gloucester road with a 24 hour bus service.
All bills (utility, council tax (C), internet etc) come to £120 a month each.
The 2 people who are staying ( 1 male + 1 female)are both professionals, looking for nice sociable people who are up for a chat, movie night and sometimes the pub, whilst respecting their own time when needed.
Expected availability to be around end of October/Early November.
