Huge Room to rent in Horfield

I will be moving out of this space from the 17th of November as I am returning home to Devon!

Big double room in Horfield, with Jack-Jill shared bathroom with the lovely Noah on the top floor! The room will be pretty much be empty I will only be leaving a wardrobe as it isn’t mine. The room is a very big space can fit a lot of stuff in here I’ve moved it around multiple times because there is so much space. I’m not great at taking photos feel like it doesn’t do the room much justice but can come view you’ll see how big it is.

Have got shared living area (we don’t really sit down there too much) shared kitchen area lots of room for your food etc. also got a garage with plenty of room. Garden area but needs a good clear out!

About other flat mates, very chilled house mainly keep ourselves to ourselves, all work full time.
Marin (Who you pay the rent too) very nice guy early 30s
George again really nice guy into his gym/staying fit mid 20s
Noah (who you share bathroom with) my good mate in the house lovely guy is a Dj enjoys playing badminton/skating/cycling etc.

Very ideal area top of Gloucester Road. Pretty much opposite Horfield leisure centre, also in between two nice pubs. Bus stop just out on main road, Tier parking there too! Easy to get around! Not far from central.
