Home with a garden in Horfield

Hii, our lovely flatmate Liv is moving out so we’re looking to find someone to take her room. The house is lovely and spacious, with lots of natural light and a garden. It’s got a downstairs bathroom and shower/bath and toilet upstairs. And also a tiny box room that we use mainly for drying laundry and to host the occasional guest. The room available is on the ground floor and is unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Street parking but down a cul-de-sac.

The house is made up of myself, my partner Cai and our friend Tom. Cai’s a mental health nurse, Tom’s an environmental consultant (but to us basically just a rock boi) and I work in publishing and documentaries. As a group we’re quite chilled, going on walks, enjoy going out for a pint, board games (the boys are quite nerdy so they’re into the long ones, but I just do not have the attention span for that). They also like dnd and warhammer.

Also can’t wait for summer again as it’s such a lovely space for bbqs.

I like wild swimming, plants (there’s many in the house) a charity shop day, going for coffees, crafts and have been in my gardening era since actually having a proper one for the first time. Also do love going out dancing and silly shenanigans. Have been quite ill the past year so haven’t had much chance but would love to do more day parties and gigs. I also look after the occasional dog here so animal lovers are a must!

This house has been such a lovely home for the past 2/3 years so looking for a someone to get to know and do stuff with over just someone who lives here. And obviously the usual tidy stuff. Would love to meet for a pint and get to know you.
