Lovely home with lots of natural light and garden

Hiii, we're looking to replace our lovely housemate Liv, preferably looking for another girl to balance it out. The room available is double unfurnished room downstairs. The house has an open plan kitchen/living rom, downstairs toilet and laundry room, upstairs bathroom with shower/bath and little box room that we mainly use to dry clothes and have the occasional visitor to stay. The rest of the house if fully furnished.

I'm Ela, I work in publishing and documentaries and I share one of the upstairs bedrooms with my partner Cai who works as a mental health nurse. Tom is next to us upstairs and works as an environmental surveyor (but basically rock boi to us), and is often away on site.

I like cooking, crafts, charity shop hauls and going for a mooch, going out for drinks and a dance and being out in nature. I've been in my gardening era since actually having a proper one for the first time

The boys enjoy playing board games (which i generally do not have the attention span for). As a house we like chilling and watching films, going to the pub and a good natter. Once it starts getting warmer again the garden is great for a bbq and a proper sun trap.

I also do have the occasional dog in the house that I look after, but mostly just in the day.

We've lived here for the past two years and it really feels like a lovely home. So looking for someone chilled and tidy that we can do stuff with but also happy to have our own space etc. If this sounds like the right place for you we'd love to meet for a coffee/pint. Bills are split 4 ways, come to around £40ishpp in the summer and £60pp in the winter. We're in council tax band C. There's no reserved parking but the house is down a cul-de-sac so lots of street parking.
