Looking for a professional female housemate

We have a room available in our quiet and chill household.

Details-

-3 bedroom semi detached house in horfield bs7.

-Have a lovely conservatory, that is like an oven in the summer, great for drying clothes in bare time. If the weathers crap we have a dryer in there too which is handy!

-lovely outside garden that gets alot of the sun untill late. Im currently working on a veggie patch and I'm determined to grow tomatoes this year and forever more.

- Rent is £630 including all bills. Must have a permanent full time job, and a previous landlord reference.

-We are close to Gloucester Road, Southmead hospital and Lidi and Aldi is both down the road.

-This house isnt a party house and although we have friends around from time to time to entertain, I'd appreciate no frequent stay over visitors to disrupt the peace 😄

-The room is unfurnished, although the large cupboard is selling- please let me know if your interested and we'll discuss price.

About me- I do love a wine and a chit chat and in the summer your most likely see me sitting in the sun with a wine. Come and join me and it would be lush if you could help out in the garden too.

Im a chill homebody who loves watching netflix, yoga, silence discos, pottering around in the garden and cooking Italian meals. We have another housemate Maia who's just moved in, who is sweet, welcoming and does her own thing.
