Spacious Double Room close to UWE

Moving in with my best friend in Clifton as it’s closer to my university.

Desperately looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting in January!! My lovely room is available in big 4 bed house along filton avenue walking distance to uwe and 40 mins to UoB.

This is the perfect spot for a student, you would be living with three male students who go to uwe. The boys are so lovely and welcoming I’ve loved living here with them it’s just a lot easier for me to be in Clifton!

The house has a huge garden which is looked after by the landlord who comes once or twice a month to mow. There’s one bathroom with bath/shower. The living room a large and is furnished with the squishiest sofas and chairs and nice table with chairs.

This is such a great property and with the bills package we have energy and water are unlimited and the price is capped!!! So heating can be on all day with no extra cost, always nice and snug in the house!
The kitchen is a great size plenty of room for everyone’s stuff and a couple of people to cook at once.
