Hi, I’m looking for a girl to take over a double room in our 4 bed house in BS7! Rent is £725 all bills included! Free parking is in front of the house!

I’m moving out to be closer to work, so you’ll be living with 3 girls aged in their mid twenties and are all young professionals. We keep the house tidy and have a fortnightly cleaner already included in our rent. It’s a super friendly home and we love to watch TV/chat in the evenings. We love house festivities - Christmas decoration are already up 🎄🎅. We all met on Facebook, while looking for a house together in March and have since become good friends so would love to find someone who will enjoy a social, but chill house!

The room comes furnished with built in wardrobe, bed + mattress, bedside table and chest of drawers.

You’d be sharing a bathroom with 2 of the other girls and there is also a seperate toilet.

The room would be available from 1st of February 2026, but may be able to be flexible with an earlier move in if needed.
