Large double room sharing with two girls

Sadly I am moving out of this property so my downstairs room is now available in this shared professional property. The rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is also a downstairs toilet.

The house is located in Horfield, a few minutes walk from Southmead hospital and also really close to Horfield Leisure Centre. Parking available. Good links to the centre/other areas of Bristol via bus.

The house has a garage for storage and bikes can also be kept in there. The house has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The rent is £675 and includes gas, electric, water and council tax. aside from wifi (currently £11 a month each). Deposit to be paid before moving in.

The room is available from mid-end of December but I can be flexible with move in dates so just ask.

You would be sharing with two other lovely girls who are both full time working professionals. Aged 24

Being respectful and keeping the house clean and tidy is a must.

Sorry but no pets allowed and no smokers. Private landlord, no agency involved.
