Hi everyone! Two new openings are available in this lovely 4 bed household for a Jan 1st move in! (Double Room x2)

We are Alex (34, - he/him), and Coby (29 - he/him) who have spent the last 2.5 years living together in this lovely house and are now looking for two new members to join us. Looking for people of a similar age that are looking to build friendships and become a part of our group rather than just a place to crash; however we do appreciate that everyone needs their alone time to recharge.

Our house has a long, spacious kitchen leading into a sunny back garden area. A cozy living room off to the side of the house, where we try to have lots of film/series nights together. The double rooms available are bright/cozy south-facing rooms upstairs. It has a nice amount of space to make your own, and will come unfurnished. Our house has one communal bathroom.

We are a very sociable house, with lots of our friends and partners coming over to visit or stay with us, and would encourage the same, (we love getting to know new people!) And would love someone who would want to become a part of the group :)

As long as you are generally respectful of noise later during the weeknights, respectful of shared spaces etc.

We both WFH from our bedrooms. The house is well connected to buses going into the city centre, Bristol Parkway Railway and the hospital. As well as being connected to Gloucester Road, so very easy access to lots of lovely pubs and food establishments! Free parking is available on our street.

We are interested in someone who is willing to pitch in to keep the place clean and organised as much as possible. As a house we love having dinner parties, having people over, organising nights out, as well as very lazy nights in.

Rent is £600, and with bills and council tax (band C) included, it brings it to a rough total of £710-£720 each month.

(New housemates must be LGBTQ+ friendly and accepting of all in general - this isn't a specifically queer exclusive house but we want it to be a safe environment in general for friends + family.)
