2 double and 1 single room available on G road

We have 3 bedrooms available in a student house on Gloucester Road for 26/27 academic year. There will be two of us staying doing our masters at UWE so we are looking for 3 more girls to join us who are preferably in 3rd/4th year or doing a masters as well. There are two bathrooms, free parking, a garden, shared living room and kitchen, washer and dryer and great transport a 2 minute walk away. The property will be available from the 3rd of July 2026, with the contract lasting 1 year. Rent is £650/£600 depending on if you take a single or double room, bills are approximately £35-40 a month but there may be potential to have a bills included package and there is no council tax. We are ideally looking for a group of friends to join us however anyone is welcome! we love going out but also enjoy a chill night watching films etc! send me a message if you're interested!!
