Room in cosy house share in Horfield

Hello! My housemates and I are looking someone to join us in our three bedroom house available from January. The three of us have loved living here for over 2 years, we just need someone to fill the last room! We’re looking for someone tidy and considerate who would ideally become a good friend.

It's in Horfield, on a quiet street a 10 minute walk to shops, 2/10 mins to bus stops and a 20 min walk to UWE. The house is newly renovated with a big kitchen, a cosy lounge, a shared bathroom, and a downstairs loo. It also has a big garden and plenty of on street parking. The room itself is fairly small, but has a double bed and comes furnished. Rent is £550 + bills, which have been ~£120-160pp including a communal cleaner. Tax band B.
