Queer house in Horfield, couples welcome

Hello all! We are looking for a new tenant for our LGBTQ+ house from February 1st onwards. Couples welcome.

The Location:

we are based in Horfield, just off from Gloucester Road, 10 min walk away from Gloucester Road Medical Centre and five mins away from a Tesco supermarket, within short walking distance of primary bus routes and Roadside parking available

The House:

there is large communal Living/dining room, which is soon to be quite bare, a corridor style kitchen, shared bathroom with Shower and Bath, a decently sized enclosed garden safe for keeping bicycles.

plenty of space in the communal areas for you to set up your own furnishings, when the other housemates move out at the end of Jan, the living room will basically be bare, I'll edit and upload photos shortly

no dogs/cats allowed but small non-allergenic exotics such as reptiles, fish etc welcome.

The Room available is Single room Upstairs, rear facing, £575per calendar month

(Water, Energy, Counciltax and Internet all add up to £119pcm which are separate from the rent)

We rent through Andrews estate agency so there will be the typical signup process etc with identific

About Us:

Two friendly transfolk

one Cafe manager (Rebecca)
and one Optical consultant (Me)

We keep to ourselves for the most part but are equally happy to mingle and be social as well, we like a tidy environment and a mellow home, typically we just clean up after ourselves, we both love music so musicians are a bonus, and would really enjoy to be surrounded by like-minded queer friendlies :)

I might bring all of her nerf guns into the garden sometimes or ask you to play 40k, both have a keen interest in tabletop gaming and gaming in general, and there is soon to be ambient lighting and tabletop setup in the living room for good vibes all round
