Comfy home in Horfield area

Hello! We are looking for a 6th flatmate to share this house with. It has a shared kitchen with access to the yard and 2 fridges. It also counts with a shared living room downstairs with full view and access to the yard. The house is a 7 min walk from bus stops and very well connected. A 10min walk from Horfield health centre and the Leisure centre.
The room being offered is in the first floor with a great view and fully furnished. We are all international ex-students from Bristol University, transitioning to professional careers. The monthly rent is 550, services in total including broad band are 77, and deposit is 550. It is being offered starting from February, but early hand-over, after January 19th is also possible.
