Spacious double on the edge of Purdown

Generous double room available in my recently renovated house on the edge of Purdown. I can be flexible with the dates/length of stay/Mon-Fri considered.

The room has a king size ottoman bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of draws and built in wardrobes - plenty of storage.

Shared bathroom and downstairs WC, fully equipped kitchen/diner (incl dishwasher) separate utility area with washing machine & tumble dryer. Large lounge with log burner, Sky TV and superfast broadband.

Off street parking and front and rear gardens. There is a bike shed as well with room for 1 bike.

Really peaceful cul-de-sac which backs onto Purdown open space, so great for walks/runs. Ashley down railway station 5 mins walk away, bus stop at the end of the road (2 mins), with easy access to Southmead hospital (15 mins). Easy walking distance to Eastville Park and Eastgate shopping centre (15 mins), Aldi and Lidl (5 mins), Gloucester Road (20 mins). Easily cyclable to the centre/Cabbot circus.

You'll be sharing the space with me and my cat Twiglet, so must like cats. I enjoy cooking, going out for meals, drinks, walks, theatre etc. I mainly WFH so would be looking for someone who doesn't need to WFH full time, a couple of days a week is ok.

Happy to share occasional meals and for you to have people over for dinner/tea/coffee etc but it's not a party house.

Looking for a professional non smoker, no pets and no couples.

Cleaning to be shared.
