Double room available in 4 bed female house

Hiya! We’re looking for a girl to take over a double bed room in our house! One of our housemates is moving out at the end of January so would be available to move in from end of feb.

Rent is £725 with bills included. The deposit is £0 but both the first month and last month’s rent need to be paid up front.

The room comes with the double bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, bedside table, and large built in wardrobe.

Our house is super friendly, we watch TV and chat in the evenings and love to go on walks and for drinks/brunch together. We all met through Facebook/Spare room last year in April when we were looking for a house, and have become really good friends since! We’re looking for another housemate that who would enjoy a chilled social house like ours!

We’re all professionals, and we have a fortnightly cleaner (for shared spaces). You’d be sharing the bathroom with two of us girls and there’s also a separate downstairs toilet.
