Decent-sized double bedroom available from 11th March 2026 in a friendly LGBTQ+ household on a quiet residential street in Horfield, Bristol.
This room is for an LGBTQ+ tenant only.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and also has built-in storage. There’s a desk and chair included too — they’re currently in storage but can easily be put back in the room if you’d like them.

The house has a large garden with a washing line and two good-sized storage areas, great for bikes or extra bits.

Location-wise, it’s nice and convenient — the Muller Road Lidl is just a 4-minute drive or bike ride away, with good links nearby.

About the household:
You’d be living with three friendly, respectful LGBTQ+ flatmates:

A nursery practitioner with interests in film and costume design

An assistant psychologist who enjoys crochet and is passionate about their line of work

A podcast producer and marketing assistant who’s into climbing and music

The current flatmates would ideally like to live with an LGBTQ+ female tenant or a trans/gay man, and are looking for someone who’s considerate and happy in a shared home.

A calm, comfortable spot that’s ideal if you want somewhere peaceful but still well connected.

Bills come to around 120 pounds a month

The tenancy ends in September and and the rent will be increasing by 500 pounds for the whole house ( approximately 130 pounds more each a month). This only applies if you would like to renew the tenancy agreement.
