Large Double Room Available In Horfield

Hey y’all ! I am moving out of my room in early March and looking for a female (preferably ages 22-27) to take over my lease until August. The house is located off Gloucester Road in Horfield, just a 20-30min bus ride to town, very close to Gloucester road as well!!

The house has 4 bedrooms which are all currently occupied by 4 Aussie girls aged 24-25. We all love a wholesome night together including painting, games, movies, tv shows, cooking, or just hanging out in the living room. Also, love a good night out in the town and enjoy a cheeky rave/gig together here and there. There are two local pubs 5-10 minute walk from ours as well. Though, we still do value our alone time and independence as we all work full time mostly during the week!

Some info about the girls you will be living with:
✨Loren (25) Beauty/ massage therapist. Works 5 days a week 9-6 full time. Loz loves wine, cooking, music and a comfy night watching a mystery or reality tv show.

✨Chloe (24) Full time barista. Works 5 days a week as well but early mornings till afternoons. Chloe loves yoga, hiking, nature and all things health and wellness.

✨The third tenant is unknown as the other aussie is also moving out around the same time. So if you have a friend who is also interested, please let me know as well (:

What we’re looking for:

💛joins in with wholesome activities during the week but also respects each other space and alone time if needed.
💛 mainly someone we can get along with who doesn’t lock themselves in their room all the time! (We do value alone time too)

About the tenancy:
The lease does end in August so only looking for someone who is just wanting to stay between March-August (6 months). The landlords are so lovely and accommodating and have been the absolute best for us so you’ll have no issues with them. They would also love to meet you too as they definitley go off vibes too!

💛Rent is £640 a month, bills roughly being around £140 (including council tax)
