Nice south facing room just off of Gloucester road, all bills included bus stops just minutes away. We are two females and one male, 1 new zealander, 1 aussie and 1 british 😊 looking for ideally another female to join us. (LGBTQ+ friendly.)
We are working professionals so are looking for someone respectful, clean and considerate that also enjoys a laugh, kitchen natter and occasional paint and wine evening or pub quiz attempt. There is nice garden to relax in the summer.

We are situated on a quiet one way road in Horfield, close to Gloucester Road with it's array of shops, bars and restaurants.

The property has a big kitchen/diner, 7 gas burner range style cooker, large fridge freezer, Bosch washing machine and dishwasher patio doors to the garden. Theres a shared living room also. Outside the property has a south facing lawned garden with a patio area and a storage shed. The room available is a light and airy sunny double room.
