Whilst the house enjoy nights out drinking and social events, we certainly are not a party house midweek and due to work would struggle to accept anyone who works weekends or extreme hours, as this is our ‘downtime’.
Due to the current house working hours/days and for fairness, working from home all of the time is discouraged but where necessary / part-time there will be no issues.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and have no preference on the gender of the tenant joining.
Our ideal housemate is someone who will contribute to the house, be interested in social events with all of the house such as raves, events, hikes, gigs or sports as well as someone who will be spontaneous with group plans.

- The house pricing is highly competitive. It may advance your application to provide reasoning for your interest.
- Must be willing to contribute to household activities such as cleaning / maintaining the house / buying shared supplies, as expected.
