We're looking for a friendly working professional to join our 7-person house in Horfield, at the top of Gloucester Road, a great spot that balances a quieter residential feel with easy access to everything Bristol has to offer.

• Large double bedroom, furnished
• Shared bathroom with just one other person
• Available from first the half of May (date TBC)
• Rent £720 pcm TBC, bills included
• Shared living room and kitchen
• Small private garden at the back
• Free on-street parking (no permit required)
•Room is located on the 1st floor. Window facing out to the garden.

The Housemates

You’ll be living with three existing working professionals (ages 26-30), two men (Craig - teaching and Jake postie) and one woman (Jessica- teaching) with mostly Monday-Friday 9 to 5 schedules, plus three other new tenants moving in at the same time.

We are a friendly, respectful household where people chat in the kitchen, share the occasional drink or film night, but equally respect each other's space and independence.
