Indeed, the whole house has recently been extensively refurbished, including the main bathroom which now has a large walk-in shower.

This non-smoking house comes with excellent facilities, washing machine, dishwasher and full gas central heating. There is a pretty rear garden for summer BBQs and growing vegetables with lockable rear access. Full fire alarm and emergency lighting throughout and fully HMO licenced.

Situated on direct bus routes to the city centre, Southmead hospital and the engineering companies to the north of Bristol, the house is ideal for a professional person to relax in at the end of a busy working day. It is NOT a party house. The house atmosphere is warm, friendly and pleasant so the right character is required to join the mix. Everyone loves living here because it’s a home rather than just a house. I can’t stand letting agents so as the Landlord, you’ll be dealing directly with me, someone who acts immediately to replace, for example, a broken washing machine. Any problems are reported via our house group chat. These days, I would probably be categorised as being slightly OCD but I love cleanliness and organisation and I encourage housemates to adopt the same attitude.
