Garden is low maintenance with a BBQ. Property is on main bus route to central Bristol and Parkway Train Station. Surrounded by local shops, cafes, bars and 2 supermarkets within walking distance. Free on street parking less than minute away.

Current tenants are 3 males who have lived here for a number of years. They are sociable but chilled and although like to spend time in rooms reading or gaming, also watch movies/series together in shared living space occasionally. Don't mind an occasional party/gathering/BBQ but are not party heads.

This used to be my home so am looking for tenants who want a longer term let and will fit in and look after it, to make it there home aswell. Most people that have lived here have stayed many years and only left for major life reasons. Having harmony and good home vibe is important.
