House located near Horfield common and perpendicular to Gloucester road. Free parking outside, large garage space for storage and nice garden.

Lovely large living room space and kitchen. One main bathroom and down stairs toilet.

First floor room available, it is on the smaller side - ideal for a single bed, could probably push to a double, but would be tight for extra storage. We can leave the current bed, which extends out to a double and has great under bed storage.

Landlord is lovely, likes to do the odd jobs himself.
