Ensuite double bedroom in Horfield

Hi,

I have an ensuite double bedroom available in a 2-bedroom flat. You will have the flat to yourself most of the time as I usually stay in London with my partner. I am in the flat (on average) twice a month; each time I stay about 3-4 days as I only come to Bristol for the weeks I need to be in office or meet friends in the area.

Since I am away loads, I am happy for you to use the outside bathroom as well.

There is one dedicated parking space in the parking lot and 3 visitor spaces. Happy to discuss parking arangement so that we can share the space, or you can have the space for yourself!

I have a small hypoallergenic low-shedding dog that comes with me to Bristol when I am around. He is house-trained and very sweet. If I am in office for the full day, I send him to nearby daycare services. If I am in office for half the day, I leave him at home for about 6 hours at a go.

Council tax, water and WiFi is included in the rent.
I will be handing over the gas/electricity account (currently with EDF) to you when you move in. This is so that you can be in charge of the heating & energy usage and it will be also beneficial for your proof of address & future credit purposes :)

Pets considered - small-sized low-shedding dog will be considered 🐶. They must be spayed/neutered, house-trained and not left alone in the flat for more than 6 hours each time. Also will need to get along with my dog, so we will get together once before. £95 one-time pet registration fee needs to be paid to the management company. I will be taking extra £100 for pet deposit that will be returned to you after 1 year if the dog didn't cause any damage to the flat. I am allergic to cats so I cannot take cats in the flat.
