hey! we are looking for 1 new person to join our lovely 4 bed house in Horfield (on Gloucester Road) as our housemate is moving to London 😞
🍸 about us:
we are 3 sociable girls 25-27. we all met through spareroom but have become rlly good friends. we like to watch tv together in the evenings, night outs, reading, going swimming at the leisure centre (5 mins away!) and the odd house dinner/party.
🪴about the room:
the room is spacious with a double bed and loads of storage, with the option of adding desk/chair/your own furniture. it is an ensuite with a bath and shower!
🏡 about the house:
the communal spaces include a living room, dining room, big garden and new kitchen. another pro: we have a dishwasher! we love this house and have invested in making it a home, and we’d love someone to join us who wants to be part of that.
🚗 about the location:
the house is on Gloucester Road, 2 mins from a bus stop with great connections to city centre, north Bristol and Clifton. we are in walking distance of Lidl, Aldi and big Tesco, and all the wonders of Gloucester Road are on your doorstep! Plenty of on road parking with no permits nearby (and we never have an issue finding a space).
rent is £715 pcm excluding bills which are abt £145. Available from 18th July but possibility to move in from 11th.
