Big room in welcoming friendly house hold

Hi there!

We are looking for a lodger to rent our 2nd bedroom in our warm, friendly household. The room is a fully furnished large double with loads of storage, including drawers, a wardrobe, and a built-in cupboard. The room is lovely and bright, and the morning sun comes through the windows, which is glorious. The flat is a 1st-floor maisonette with 2 bedrooms, a front patio and a back garden. We have 1 toilet and a separate wet room, which is handy for shared living.

The street has plenty of free parking and is well connected to public transport with bus stops less than a 5 min walk away that take you straight into town, and Filton Abbeywood train station is a 20 min walk away.

We have 2 pets, a tortoise and a cat (see pics). The cat is super cuddly, so we can guarantee lots of snuggles!

We are looking for someone who loves animals, will tidy up after themselves, and doesn't mind pink (see pics). We travel a lot for work, so there may be times you have the place to yourself!

We are open to couples, but unfortunately can't welcome any other pets as our cat is cowardly.

A bit about us:
I am 31, and I recently graduated from my MSc in Science Communication. I am currently working as an estate agent while I work towards my dreams. I used to be a performer and costume designer.
My fiancé is 33 and works as a head chef. He loves walking, gaming, and BJJ. Together we love travelling and going on adventures.

We are asking £650 all bills included, paid at the start of each month with a 2-month deposit up front. We are looking for someone to stay for at least 9 months to a year.
