Double room in Horfield

Hello, we are a group of 3 girls aged 22-24 who are looking for another female working professional, ideally aged 21-26, to join our home from the 3rd of September!

The house is located in Horfield and has plenty of free on street parking and is also very close to bus routes to and from the city centre.

The room is £700pm, all bills included. It is spacious with plenty of storage and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, small bookshelf and a desk. There is one shared bathroom that has been recently renovated, a living and kitchen area and a garden. There is also one spare box room which the landlords are happy for us to use as we please!

Our landlords are a lovely couple who are very responsive and sort any issues we have promptly.

About us!
We're Maddi, Eliza and Rosie, all working professionals. We have our own routines during the week, so the house is generally pretty relaxed and respectful. We enjoy spending time together, whether that's watching a film, visiting garden centres, sunbathing in the park or catching up after work, but we're equally happy doing our own thing and definitely respect each other's space.

We're looking for someone who's clean, considerate and easy-going. We'd love someone who treats the house as a home. As we live next door to families we try to keep the evenings pretty quiet, so not a party/loud music house.
