Looking for a friendly person in our 4 bed house

We are looking for a house mate in a 4 bed sociable house share, BS7 (near the top of Gloucester Road)

We are Sam, Cami and Asti, a group of mates who enjoy spending time together inside and outside of the house. We are two women and one man all in our late 20s/early 30s.

Our likes consist of saunas, pubs, pub walks, swimming, dinner parties, cooking together, sourdough baking, gardening, gigging, playing the sax and bass … are you still there?

We all work 9-5 hours within community engagement, nursing, and events coordination

We are all very open-minded, inclusive, and respectful of each other. We love to do things together but also take time to restore on our own time. We are seeking someone who is queer friendly, and down to earth. Being friends with house mates is important to us - we respect we all have our own lives and need our own space though. The house is down a quiet street, there is free parking or space on the driveway.

You have got the choice of two rooms one bigger for £555 and the other smaller for £485. Bills are roughly £130 per person per month. Deposit is £500. Unfortunately no pets due to allergies.
