I'm looking for a well-organized, easy-going professional who would like to share a bright and roomy house on Bythesea Avenue.

Myself

I am in the technology industry and work from home five days a week, but since I have my own office space I don't end up filling up the common areas during the day. When it comes to my leisure activities I enjoy fitness and sports—mainly running, going to the gym and playing basketball—as well as gaming, travelling and attending live music events in the area. I'm always willing to have a beer or a glass of wine in the middle of the week with some good music playing, but I also place a high value on my own alone time and appreciate having quiet space.

The Room

It is a double room that is bright and roomy, featuring a king-size bed, nightstands, and a chest of drawers.
There are generous built-in wardrobes providing a lot of storage.
Private, clean, modern en-suite shower room.

The House & Facilities

The kitchen and lounge area is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and high-speed broadband.
There is a private terrace outdoors where you can have your coffee in the morning or your drinks in the evening, and also an extra toilet downstairs.
There is secure bike storage and a lot of free on-street parking right outside.

The Neighbourhood

The commute involves a direct 15-minute cycle down Gloucester Road into town. Or thers nearby bus stops for the 75, 76, 70, 73, 24, 505, which serve the City Centre, Temple Meads, Clifton and UWE.

For food and local establishments you can walk in about 10 minutes to the top of Gloucester Road, where you'll find independent cafes, craft breweries, and local spots such as The Inn on the Green and The Royal Oak.

For outdoor activities and essential facilities, Horfield Common and Horfield Leisure centre are right next door, Southmead Hospital within 5 minutes.
