Spacious double room with en-suite (toilet and shower) and dressing room / study area. Room is unfurnished but would be happy to give you a good price for any of the furniture in the room!

Shared kitchen and spacious living room, with a garden out the back where we often have BBQs in summer.

Bills not included but works out around £115 per person per month.

Super friendly house with 3 sociable boys (2x engineers, 1x data analyst). We all enjoy playing sports together, cooking house meals, going to the pub, and day trips for a hike or outdoor swim.

House is in Horfield and is near to Gloucester Road so plenty of nice restaurants and pubs nearby.
