Spacious Double room in Horfield

A double room is available to move into by the end of September in a shared house with a shared lounge and kitchen area.

The room is furnished with a bed, work station, wardrobe with lots of storage space and a couple of extra storage shelves. It’s a very well ventilated room and gets a lot of light on sunny days without getting too warm (great for houseplants)!

It's a 2-3 minute walk to the nearby bus stop with frequent buses to the city centre and good connections to Rolls-Royce, Airbus, Southmead hospital and MoD.
The train station (Filton Abbey wood) is a 15 minute walk away.
For those with cars, there are lots of street parking spaces available in front of the house and we have a designated spot for the house too.

The 3 other housemates are female in their late 20s, working professionals and quite social so we’re ideally looking for someone who is similar.

Bills and council taxes are excluded, but come up to about 110-120 per month.
