Cosy room in conscious house share

Hello,

We are Rose, Cat and Caroline and we are looking for a fourth female housemate to join our warm, peaceful home in Horfield.

The house has a cozy, sunny living room, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, kitchen and huge south-facing garden.

The room available is a small upstairs double room, that faces the the street. It will be available from 1st November 2026 but may be available earlier, so if you are looking for something sooner please do still get in touch.

💰Bills come to around £120/ per person/month

As a house we share an interest in spirituality, music and sober, conscious living, and really value having a home atmosphere that feels peaceful, safe and accepting. A place where everyone can be themselves while also being considerate of others.

We like to spend time together, having deep chats, movie nights or sunbathing in the garden. We'd also love to grow more flowers and vegetables, and host more gatherings around the fire pit.

We treat each other with respect, care and kindness. Respectful communication is essential for us when it comes to voicing our needs in the home and approaching our differences. We try to see these moments as opportunities to practice self awareness, non-judgement, curiosity, and co-creation of solutions. This maintains a peaceful, supportive environment for everyone.

We are very clean and tidy and prefer someone who also wants to keep the home beautiful and well cared for. For us that means tidying up after ourselves and dividing up house responsibilities fairly.

Rose🌺 (30):
I am working on recovering from a big M. E. set back after many covid infections so I live a very quiet, gentle life at the moment. My main focus at this time is personal and spiritual development and alternative approaches to health and wellness. I love everything beautiful, spiritual and natural and I love music and singing whenever my health allows. I have very strong values of compassion, equality, love and relieving the suffering of others. I enjoy a cup of tea and a chat with housemates whenever I can and I value connection and community in the house.

Caroline🌼 (31):
I’m a gentle creative soul, fascinated by nature, spirituality, relationships and community organising - I love having deep chats about these subjects. I work for a local charity and I also offer voice coaching. I play guitar and other instruments and write songs to inspire a better world. Alongside this I'm usually walking in nature, meditating, reading, cooking, doing yoga in the garden or somewhere out dancing!

Cat 💠 (38):
I'm an Artist, Musician and Nature-lover who loves all things creative. I rest a lot and put a lot of care into my health due to ME. I am learning the art of balance as I also adore to sing, jam with others, dance, be silly and make stuff. I do some community storytelling and workshop facilitation, but I'm new to Bristol so haven't yet begun that kind of work here.
