Young professional house share in Horfield!

The house is 4 bedrooms, modern, spacious and clean. Kitchen is modern, lounge is comfortable and amazing garden and patio area with garden to grow things! You would be sharing a large bathrooms with 2 others.

Rent is cheaper than the rest of us are paying due to the room being slightly smaller- £680 without bills included. Band C council tax, you would have to have a reference and be approved by the renting agency Airsat and you would be added to the contract.

Availability is ASAP however we are flexible.

We are three young professionals, working at Atkinsréalis. We are chilled, sociable household would be ideal if you would play padel with us! Tidy, relaxed and easygoing. If you are similar that would be more than ideal.
