Lovely peaceful self-contained loft in Horfield

This is a Mon - Fri let. Arrive Monday, (or Sun eve), leave Friday morning. Room available from 31 August 2026.

We have a warm, spacious, bright loft room with private en-suite bathroom, fast Broadband, mini kitchen, comfy sofa and TV with Freeview. All bills are inclusive.

The room has its own mini kitchen including a quiet fridge (on landing just outside room, so there really is no noise), microwave / convector oven, kettle and toaster for the preparation of simple meals in the room (there is an extractor fan). Dirty plates etc are left outside the room. We collect them, clean them and return them.

We provide a feather duvet, duvet cover, feather pillows, sheets and towels. We change the bedding every 2 weeks, towels weekly and the room is cleaned at the very least every 2 weeks. This is all included in the price.

Occasionally we use the room at the weekends for family visits but always leave the room spotlessly clean. No need to remove your things as we can pack them away and put them back out for you. Or you can lock them away in your wardrobe.

We are warm and friendly home owners with 2 older teenagers. The room is well sound proofed so remains peaceful at all times.

We are looking for a non-smoker, moderate drinker who likes a quiet and peaceful house.

Located just off the Gloucester Road, 2.5 miles from the city centre, handy for the North Bristol work hubs and M5. Very frequent buses serve this route and we are also a 10 minute walk to Ashley Down train station.
