Bus stop at the door, another just 8 min walk. Good bus connections about 30-50 min to center depending on traffic. Busses running throughout the night (every hour). Calm neighborhood. 10 min walk to Kingswood High street about 20 to Hanham High street, Lidl 10 min walk. Off-street parking. The rent is £450 plus bills average £180/month. Holding deposit will be required by the agency while running the references. Plus a small fee for rewriting the agreement. I would share this.
