We are looking for single occupant who would like to share our lovely home.
We have a large furnished double bedroom to rent (see pictures) including tv with Netflix. I live here with my partner and 21 year old son, we have another spare room which is used when friends visit. The family bathroom is upstairs which comprises of a bath, shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs we have a lounge / dining room, kitchen, utility room including washing machine and dryer, downstairs toilet. On the back of the house we have a summerhouse where you can smoke, the rest of the house is no smoking. Outside we have a large garden with picnic bench and bbq.
We have Virgin wifi and smart TV in the lounge and summerhouse.
The house is located just off Two Mile Hill in Kingswood about 2 min walk to the bus stop, which is a main route, with regular busses into Bristol city centre (number 41/42/43). It is a short walk to the main shops in Kingswood. Takeaway outlets also very close.
Parking is on street.
One month's rent plus £500 deposit, paid in advance.
