Comfortable double furnished Room

Comfortable furnished double room within my 3 bed home in kingswood.
My home is very relaxed & chilled & like it that wayway, so if your looking for a chilled atmosherei, this would be the desired choice. There are 2 reception rooms, loung & lounge diner, both with tv’s
Toiet/ bathroom is on the ground floor & 3 bedrooms on first floor. The garden is mainly laid to slate chippings & shrubs, a very pretty garden, patio & back entrance.
Shared kitchen, all fully equipped, washing machine but no tumble drier unfortunately, launderette close by though as i dont allow wet washing to dry indoors. there is of course a washing line in the garden.
The high street is within 5 minute walk where you will find all the local shops, supermarkets, pubs & restaurants/takeaways.
Public transport is also a 5 minute walk, cycle path, buses to city centre, keynsham, Bath Spa & UWE frenchay campus.
I am a mature woman, easy going, good conversationalist, fun, energetic, love to go walking, just generally love the outdoors, being in nature exploring.
I’m sociable, broad minded. Love meeting new people, cultures. Occasionally host on Air bnb & privately rent my rooms out. Whatever flows😊
