My girlfriend and I are looking for a housemate for our 4 bed house in Kingswood. The rent includes all bills but we're only able to take a short term tenant as we are in the process of selling the house which we expect to take a few months from now.
We have a miniature dachshund puppy called Ralph who's 1 year old so we're looking for someone good with dogs.
We are looking for a friendly professional who has their own social scene in the city.
The house is a one minute walk from a co-op and the number 7 bus which takes about 25 mins to get to the centre of town. It's a 5 minute drive to Fishponds highstreet and a 10 minute walk to Kingswood high street.
The room comes furnished with bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, desk and chair. The kitchen, lounge, conservatory and downstairs loo are shared.
