Large Double Bedroom/ Bathroom

I am looking for a full time working professional, to rent a room in my large semi-detatcged cottage.

The property boasts large driveway, large garden and has 3 toilets, 2. bathrooms.

You will be renting a room, but are of course able to use the kitchen and garden and communal areas.
You will have your own bathroom.
Sometimes it would be nice to share dinner or possibly watch a film together, but I have a busy life and a 3yo son, also a very busy service managers role.
I am therefore looking for the purpose of offering a great space for someone commuting, to support my finances for a period, as opposed to a longterm house mate- though for the right person this could go longterm.

My son is very settled and in a good sleep routine, so will not cause issues with your sleep, but I am looking for someone with a quiet lifestyle, which isn't in and out if the house through the night, as this would disturb him.

I have newly decorated the property, so everything is nice and to a high standard.
I am therefore looking for a Tennant who is non smoking, tidy and cleans their space.
