I’ve got a cosy, fully furnished double room becoming available from June in my warm and welcoming 3-bed home in Kingswood. It’s perfect for a relaxed, tidy, and independent female looking for a home, not just a place to crash.

🏠 The House
You’d be living with me and one other housemate, Jess – she’s 32, super lovely and currently training to be a nurse, so she’s often out on placements or at uni and not around much. The house is peaceful, friendly, and we all appreciate having our own space as well as the occasional chat or drink.

Shared bathroom + downstairs loo
Comfy lounge & fully equipped kitchen
Sunny garden with table and chairs – perfect for warmer evenings
On-street parking (I use the driveway)
The house is cosy but still a bit of a work-in-progress, so you might catch me doing the odd bit of decorating!

Right by the ring road – ideal for Filton, UWE, MOD
Easy access to Bristol City Centre by bus or car

👩‍💼 About Me
I’m 30, work full-time as an Executive Assistant in Healthcare, splitting my time between home and the office. I love a chilled evening, pub trips when the sun's out, motorbike rides, and the occasional dog-sit for my mum’s Lakeland Terrier, Smudge – she’s older, quiet, and keeps to herself (but she’s very cute).

A female housemate who is:
Friendly, independent and easy to live with
Clean and tidy
Preferably doesn’t work from home, but this is not a dealbreaker, so still contact me if you do WFH
Up for a bit of chat or a glass of wine now and then, but equally happy doing their own thing.

My previous lodger (a nurse) has moved out after almost 2 great years, so I’m keen to find someone just as lovely to join the house.
