This a welcoming, quiet home with two lovely cats. Looking for a friendly, peaceful, tidy professional to join our home. We are a home with 1 woman (aged 39, loves cooking and countryside adventures), one fluid/non binary person (aged 28, loves printmaking and visiting stone circles) and one man (aged 42, loves D&D and book club with their friends). LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming, same for neurodiversity.
House is situated on Two Mile Hill with Bristol's Best Pub 2026 5 minutes down the road (The Rose and Crown), lidls, Sainsbury's, B&M, amazing Thai massage place, fishmonger, polish shops and a great Indian restaurant that does a banquet night for £12.95! Great gyms and a sauna with ice bath 4 minutes walk away too. Several direct bus into town centre, Temple Meads train station, Avonmouth and also into Bath.
The bedroom itself has a wardrobe cupboard (also houses boiler), desk, chair, bookcase, bed. Whatever would make it feel like home I'm sure I'd be happy to sort for you.
Parking is tight round here so ideally not someone with a car. Any bikes can be stored securely within the home.
Use of large shared kitchen with own cupboard, dishware, fridge and freezer area and free use of well stocked kitchen equipment (including dishwasher).
Use of shared living room with sofa, 49" TV and TV license. Shared bathroom with shower and bath, with own cupboard for bathroom items. The property has two bathrooms so no queues for the loo in the morning :) We've got a garden for enjoying the sunny whether, including table and chairs for al fresco dining and a gas BBQ.
