House: An amazing home for many reasons, including fabulous views from at least two rooms, spacious, adequate, incredibly blessed to have storage and cupboards adequate kitchen cupboards, carpet and no carpet, proper heating, lots of visibility from the neighbours, 2 convenience stores with walking distance, not much to cart off as most of it is fitted - most of the belongings belong in the equity of the house – NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS as per government guidelines.
The property is within walking distance of 3 bus stops that link to the main bus route, and really close to the cycle path to Bath - really close to the M32/M4/M5 motorway network.

You can get to most hospitals in less than an hour.

If you like charity shopping, they are in all directions and walking distance for some from the house. High Street Shopping centers x 2 within walking distance (New Look, Chemists: Super drug, Boots, Post Office; Restaurants; Pubs; and most banks). If you like walking there are also some amazing walks that are accessible from the house.

The house is terraced with a sunny back garden ideal for sunbathing as it is enclosed. The large lounge / diner is open plan, not too separate rooms.
There are a number of fabulous moggies around the vicinity.
Seagulls nest on the roof every year and their kids learn to fly around the home in circles. This is fine but you could get seagull bombed if you do not let them know you are friendly.
The whole rent thing needs to be carefully thought about and sorted out based on the current financial situation. Which at the moment is still not brilliant.
