Looking for a long-term lodger for our home in Kingswood. Minimum 6 months, preferably longer.

THE ROOM:
*Double room of decent size
*South facing with lots of sun pouring in through large windows
*Furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside drawers, a desk and a chair.

THE HOUSE:
*A 2 bedroom terraced house on the border between Kingswood and Warmley.
*Lovely front and back terraced gardens
*Good sized kitchen and separate lounge
*Small conservatory / utility room
*Washer and separate dryer
*Brand new bathroom with a rain shower over bath
*Only 2 other people live here, PLUS A CAT

YOU:
*25 years old and older
*Do not work from home on a regular basis (occasional days from home OK)
*Have minimal communal possessions
*Won't bring the party home - no excessive drinking, loud music or drugs please
*Extremely tidy, clean and respectful of communal spaces
*Someone who is kind, communicative and considerate. We strongly prefer direct communication
