Kingwood house share, all mod cons, all inclusive

Huge furnished double room with queen size bed in friendly Kingswood houseshare. There will be 3 of us sharing a large 3 storey townhouse so plenty of room & the rent covers everything (including council tax). I'm a live-inlandlord so I do all cleaning except individual bedrooms. Extra-fast broadband included (fibre all the way to the front door) along with everything else + all mod cons and I have off-street parking with a garage that can be used for bike storage.
