Kingswood small double, bonus kitten cuddles 🐈‍⬛ 🐾

This is my first home, I’m looking for a lodger, but I’ve been on the other side in the past so I’m hoping it can also feel like a home for you. I’ve lived in Bristol for 11 years and have a pretty active and busy life, but it’s always lovely to meet new people and share a cuppa or a glass of wine in the evening.

Small double bedroom in a recently renovated Victorian house on Kingswood High st. Can be furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. Downstairs bathroom, separate dining room and cosy lounge. South facing back garden with shed for bike storage. On bus routes to town, Parkway and Bath. On street parking, no restrictions. Near to Kingswood park. 12 minute walk to Kings Chase shopping centre.

I work on an environmental project, and I’m in a musical theatre choir. I like being outdoors, and going to independent theatre. I’m in my 40s so it’s not a party house, I’m an early riser!

There is one other lodger here who does environmental volunteering and makes jewellery.

I work from home a couple of days a week.
I have a grey kitten named Babushka who is very playful and sweet 🩶 🐈‍⬛

Cleaner included in the rent. £650 inc bills.
Mon-Fri let also an option. Non smokers only.
