The terrace is on a relatively new development built in 2007 and is being freshly furnished. The bedroom has a new bed and new furnishings. The house (furnished) is located in Kingswood, a good bus route to Glenside campus and easy journey to the city centre.
Rent is £750 a month (bills excluded). Tenancy can start 1st July 2024. There are two bathrooms and a shared living space and separate kitchen. There is also a garden area.
