Double Room in Kingswood Area

Double room in the Kingswood area, currently unfurnished bar a chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

1st Floor flat - Juliette balcony, in the summer even though its a residential area, the trees/bushes are very green and make it really private - There is gated parking that I use, but I dont mind giving that up if it helps someone.

I WFH around 3 days per week, but there is space for two people to do so, i can also go in to office more (I just like WFH). There would be a shared bathroom but I like to think I am very clean.

Very good transport links in to the centre with a bus stop within a 5 min walk, you can also lock your bike in the underground parking.

I tend to gym early, and enjoy a 0500 am work out then class, and on a weekend train Saturday & Sunday mornings. I love movies, cooking, and chilling really, pretty low maintenance.

Recently came out of a long term relationship, and its quite strange living alone again now.
