Hello! I am subletting my double room in Kingswood from Tuesday 6th/Wednesday 7th August (to be decided) to Friday 11th October whilst I’m away travelling.
Looking for one person (no couples please) to take over my fully furnished room as a lodger in a delightful 2 bed house in Kingswood living with the landlady (35 yo), who works from home a couple of days per week, appreciates a quiet evening and is otherwise out and about. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and garden.
The house is conveniently located close to Kings Chase shopping centre, a short walk to a Co-Op, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Boots and Post-Office! It’s easy to cycle into town and there are 6 bus routes within a 5 minute walk of the house.
The total cost is £1578, which covers rent and all bills for 66 days. (Essentially £23.92/day)
